Crash Champions Collision Repair Candelaria

I took my 2022 F250 in Oct of 2023 when someone had hit my truck in a parking lot. Christian and his team of professionals took great care of my truck. The staff there is great to work with and always friendly. I couldn’t even tell there was any damage by the time they were done. Thanks Crash Champions!

They only do cosmetic damage, which is completely fair to them as a business. However, they cost me another 770 dollars because they did the repair, there was engine damage, and the next repairer couldn't determine if it was crash-related because there was no other damage to look at. One of the inspectors (never dealt with the other) also has an attitude, which would be fine if he did his job. It's not his job to be nice, necessarily. Only problem is, he's evidently not very good at his job either. He claimed it was a maintenance issue whereas the next repair shop I consulted determined an entire engine bracket had sheared. Next time, if there's engine damage, just turn my vehicle over back to the client and admit you can't handle the job. Conversely, reception was very helpful. Excellent timeline as well; turnaround was great, and lastly the cosmetic repair was also done perfectly.

My wife and I brought our vehicle here for repairs due to an accident. We are very please with the staff, for there step by step calls from the beginning to the end. The car looks GREAT!! Thank you paint and body and the entire staff!

Excellent work and customer service. They professionally handled the unexpected situation on their side to avoid a delay in completing the work by extending their business hour. In addition, they teamed up well with a rental car company. Highly recommended.

I will update this review if we ever get our car back. Our SUV went in two weeks ago for a few dings in the door due to vandalism and we haven’t seen it since. The first repair was done incorrectly by them according to the tech so the repair went back to square one. Going on our third missed get it back by date. I only get an update when I call them or show up on site wanting answers. The girl who answers the phones is not helpful at all. Too much time for the limited damage it when into them with. Not a happy girl right now.

Someone had side-swiped our car as it was parked. Damage was light but extended from LR quarter panel to driver side door. We opted for Crash Champions on Candelaria/Juan Tabo based on several 5 star reviews. They had our vehicle for 2 weeks and always kept us in the loop as to where they were in the repair process. The end result is you can’t tell there was any damage at all. Also, everyone we encountered during our business there was extremely friendly and courteous. I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicles to Crash Champions on Candelaria near Juan Tabo.
