⭐ Update Dec 24,2024 Christmas Eve: O'Reilly's Auto parts manager and some employee were total jerks to me, because I went into store to warranty my battery for my vehicle. telling me I was stupid for buying an Optum optimum car battery whatever they're called and I asked her what kind of battery I should have went with. she said a starter battery It's all on their security cameras system in their store. the way that they are treating me. I can't believe these people treat their customers this way. her sidekick HENRY employee kept getting my face calling me all kinds of slurs I don't even want to repeat kept on calling me a dog and telling me to come up come up on let's go let's do this wanting to egg me on to fight. called me an old man and said I will knock you out old man he kept telling me. they kept on trying to film my car and my face and then they went behind my car to get my my license plates. and I went back there to push him away to get him out of the way just kind of with my body in motion and he's like let's go bro. So after this terrible behavior I pulled out my camera and started recording also and this manager let this all happen. All I wanted to do is replace my battery with the warranty it had it was purchased/replacement warrantied on August, 2022. she came outside to smoke a cigarette, I came up to talk to her with my camera, she started blowing smoke in my face blowing smoke in my face. unbelievable they would have a manager like this for a store manager. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 8 Years ago I said these good words: Good educated sales/techs even the ladies I trust there opinion!! Always exceptional service from this location and employees. A big shout out to Bob who is unfortunately retiring soon! Been dealing with Bob for almost a decade. Good dude and sad to see him retiring! Other employees being Jeremy and Henry and one young buck have provided very good customer service. Just recently purchased an engine hoist and engine stand with no hassle at all. Employees helped me load my engine hoist in my car and ordered my engine stand no issues, getting the engine stand was hassle free! Bob, I’ll make sure to send you off cake free into your retirement buddy! This engine hoist and stand will help me replace a lot of bmw engines!

After being disappointed twice earlier in this day by the competition. We went in because I have a driver I am homebound. Within less than a minute we had were delayed the problem to be solved to the gentleman behind the counter introduced himself by his first name (Bob) as we did in return. Just my experience and it knowing the value of customer retaining customers customer service. They have now become.my go-to place for anything I'm unable to do from memory. Of course it we're going back of course people are going to know about it.

Review edit: We needed a new battery for our truck and one of the employees in the store was being a big jerk to my dad, because he didn’t know that they have a rule against helping customers with vehicle problems at night time. The reason I’m giving them a good rating is because another employee in the store was very nice and friendly, despite his coworker being rude and unprofessional.

They treat women horribly, I was even told I couldn't sit outside on property while waiting for my husband. Needless to say we left without the part and will be going to AutoZone
