The employees got me in 5 minutes before closing time. They were helpful and professional. They were detail oriented and efficient. Everyone had a good attitude. It was a pleasant experience.

I purchased a 3 year battery that was only 1 year and 5 months old. My car wouldn't start. We put the battery on charger but the car still wouldn't start. We took the battery off the car and took it to the Greeneville TN Valvoline to have it checked. I had my receipt and have been a regular customer for years. I was told that because it wasn't on the car they couldn't help me. I asked to speak to the manager. She was very rude and said she didn't care if she lost my business that the battery could have even been stolen. It would be safe to say that the biggest percentage of battery issues result in the car not starting and having to take only the battery in. As I stated eariler, I even still had my receipt. This is ripping loyal customers off and getting out of honoring their so called warranty. Think twice before giving them your business.

I think it might be helpful if the bays were assigned specific services. Today I sat in line for over and hr because I happened to pull behind a vehical getting more than an oil change. I watched several cars that arrived more than 30 min after me start 3rd in line for the bay they chose be seen and leave before I ever made it into my bay. Customer service was decent but it didnt out way the time spent. In total I spent more than 2 hrs waiting in my car for a simple oil change. Had I not be boxed in I highly doubt I would have stayed. I hope that isn't a buisness strategy to insure customer retention. With all that being said I may not return in the future.

These folks are great ... professional, personable, knowledgeable! Outstanding attitudes and service! Love the hours, especially the Saturday and Sunday hours...perfect for folks working M-F with no spare time during the work week. So many more services than just an oil change...why was I going anywhere else? My new place! 😀❤️ Everything exceeded my expectations! Thanks for a great experience, y'all!

Valvoline in Greeneville, Tn provided excellent service for my vehicle as well as an exceptional customer service. Everyone was extremely professional and the service was detailed and prompt. I will only use them for my oil change services due to their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly service.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed. Customer service was excellent! I would definitely go back. They were busy. Getting ready to close. I told them I'd come back another time. Cody said not a problem and took me in. Very friendly and quick. Offered a lot of other services, but was not pressured to buy any additional services. It's nice to know they offer other services besides just oil changes.

Best place in town to get your oil changed!! Everyone very nice and informative.. Ashley and Jacob are so amazing!! They send you coupons for $10 or $15 off your next visit and it's really is convenient for moments when times are tight and you need a little extra help. They explain everything that's going on with your vehicle while they maintenance it. They offer way more services than just an oil change also...so just come check em out!! I promise you won't regret it!! =]

I go to this particular center when I need an oil change. Yesterday, I arrived 20 min before closing. They took me in and stayed an extra 10 minutes to finish up with what I needed. I was so very appreciative. I had not planned to stop but was on that side of town and 1,000 miles overdue. They were obviously tired from a long day and yet they were still kind and courteous.

Didn't show me the air filters or checked my power steering fluid. I had to ask them to check power steering. It was way low didn't fill it up . Had to go to Advance auto to get fluid . I paid for full service !!!! I get my service done here all the time. Never had a issue not sure if I go back. Get the same oil change on 3 cars this is the 1st here it has happened like it did.

Just FYI: when you direct a customer into the bay, make eye contact and step out from behind machines and obstructions. It's difficult to see you, especially when driving into the sun. Also, try not to catch an attitude if a customer goes to step out of the car. Nowhere is there a sign advising customers to REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLES DURING SERVICE. Other than that, everuthing was fine.
