I have used North Main Audio since the early 80 ‘s and have never been dissatisfied the work is always over and above. Chuck and Angie plus their team are amazing. You get what you pay for and you get the most professional service and install here everytime. Just had 3 systems installed one in a Jeep and two in missions couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommended

First, I want to say the head unit and speakers in my 2017 Titan S model work and sound great. The owners and installers were very nice and professional. However, I am unable to use my steering wheel controls. They informed me that they spent the entire day on the phone with tech support during both of my visits to resolve the issue. After researching the problem, I discovered that the wires need to be hardwired into the steering wheel to enable the controls. When I informed the owner of my findings, instead of offering a solution to fix it, they simply refunded my money for the control switch. While using the head unit controls instead of the steering wheel is not a big deal for me, the real issue is that I can’t toggle between my menu to see service information, tire info, mileage, etc. I feel there could have been a better solution than just refunding my money. Now, I have to go elsewhere to see if I can get this fixed to regain control of my menu functions.

These guys here are absolutely amazing. The owner took the time to explain everything to me. He didn’t care that I didn’t know everything about car, audio upfront. He was really cool and made my system sound fantastic. The guy he has installing is a true professional as well. These guys get top marks from me and he didn’t try to oversell me on products either he sold me exactly what I needed for exactly what I wanted. These guys are my go to guys from here on out I’m Joshua Salisbury and I will travel from Morristown to Greenville to get this done. Thanks guys.

I have had the most magnificent service from North main audio and customs the nice young lady the runs it is very sweet and all the employees are so nice and hard workers and amazing I totally recommend 1000 times :)

This place was awesome very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I had them do a costume install and it was done with great skill and care. This place will be getting all of my business in the future.

Ask , and they will deliver. They do not withold info for the fellow wishing to install it on their own. Most stereo shops what to up up sell the install , not here. Very willing to assist the DIY guy , even saying if you are unsure call before you do it ! Give them a visit like I did. Only took me 24 years to upgrade my stereo and Very pleased I did . Funny thing is nothing has changed in the last 30 years since I was a dumb kid 🙃 making racket on the Bulovard !
