While on a road trip to Tail of the Dragon I developed an electrical problem that caused my tail , signal and brake lights and my dash to stop working. We stumbled on Moto Medix by accident after having been turned away from several other bike shops. Not only did they fix the problem they stopped what they were doing to look after me. Fantastic people and a very good price as well. I can’t recommend Moto Medix more.

Top notch shop that takes care of their customers! Lori and Jessie helped with getting my bike back on the road after I had to lay it down last summer. Lori provided a quick estimate for insurance, and the repair was done in time for fall riding!

Not overly pleased with this place . I took my Kx In over my forks I told them I had already added air to them & the problem remained . They ordered a special pump , filled my forks up & sent it down the road , once again the bike still wasn’t right . I told them to take it apart and look at everything in my front end to find the problem , they did not do that and apparently ignored everything I had already explained . Don’t even think I hey rode the bike like I told them to

Wow!!! What can I, say about Moto Medix? Here is the truth of the matter. Saturday afternoon I realized that my bikes rear tire had a screw in it. Suzuki V-Strom 800DE. (Tubed tires) why Suzuki why? Called the place where I bought the bike. They couldn't help me. Had the tube for the tire, they couldn't get to it. They said try Moto Medix down the road. Well I, did. Not only did they have the tube for the tire they fixed it all in a short amount of time. The price was good as well. Bottom line is this the are fine folks also very fair on price. Most definitely will be taking my bike back in the future. If something goes wrong.

Lori was knowledgeable, efficient, and had the best customer service I've ever experienced. The quote was right on. If not, they would call first. My side by side was ready at the time given to me. The shop was organized and clean, and employees were hard at work. My unit was taken care of. I would definitely recommend and is my go-to shop now.

We are so completely pleased and happy with the repairs Moto Medix did on our 1996 Polaris Ranger last week. It’s running better than ever. Just as importantly, the customer experience stood out in how excellent it was. Lori kept us informed about the timeline, the diagnosis, how long it would take to get replacement parts, when it would be ready, and how much it would cost. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
