Casper’s was great. Called the day before to schedule getting my car towed. Service on the phone was great and they were able to work with my schedule. My driver, Brennan, called me when he was on the way and showed up on time. He was very professional and nice and updated me on everything he was doing. He even maneuvered his truck to avoid tree limbs hitting my car after it was loaded. Overall great service!

I was stranded today on the Newport hwy at Hunts Chapel.. I had waited for 2 hrs for another tow company to come and was put off another 3.5 hrs. I cancelled that and called Casper's.. the lady who took my call was so kind and helpful I could have hugged her! The rollback showed up within 30 minutes and and we were delivered to Gateway Ford and Nissan in short order. They charged $75 for an 8 mile tow as opposed to the other company's $288.64 charge. I highly recommend Casper's and it's nice to know they have multiple locations! Thank you all so very much!!!

I had called AAA to get my vehicle towed from work to my mechanics. I cannot lie AAA had let me down twice before so I wasn’t expecting great news this time. Well shortly after my initial call with AAA, I got a call from the tow truck driver. He told me he would be there shortly. It did not take him long to arrive. I moved the vehicle to a better spot so he could load it up easier. Guy was super friendly and took great care of my vehicle. I was impressed.

My guy who saved my butt from the side of the interstate 85 northbound in a bad spot on mile marker 49 two nights ago was one of the best I’ve had when in an unfortunate situation. Thanks! Hope I never use you again! If I had more time I would buy that guy a beer. (Didn’t catch his name)

We had to have a car towed from the emergency lane next to a guard rail of the busy interstate and to make matters worse for it was already dark outside. I called Casper's and the dispatcher Shanna was extremely nice and helpful. Once the tow truck driver Steve got to us it didn't take him long to get the car hooked up and pulled to our house. Steve was very nice and very professional. I highly recommend Casper's towing . We had to use them 2 times in the last few years and if we ever need a tow in the future they are who we will be calling again.
