Rusty's Tire & Alignment

I bought 3 new tires from Rusty's. One of the tires was defective. I tried to get them to replace the tire and they refused. They said you have to purchase a warranty extra and have to buy a whole set to get the warranty. This is not true. They also told me I had to get my tie rods replaced before they could do an alignment. I had just gotten them replaced. I went somewhere else and they did the alignment and could tell the tie rods had been replaced recently. Rusty's is a dishonest company that cares more about money than morals. I will not be giving them my money anymore.

We were visiting family in Greenville TN. I had a slow leak in a rear tire. I did a search for "tire dealers" and Rusty's Tire & Alignment was returned in the search. I took my cat to the shop. I went inside and spoke to the person at the front desk. She spoke to one of the technicians and told me to pull my car to the center bay. I pulled my car into the shop and 2 technicians went to work to remove the tire. The object that punctured my tire was located. The tire was broken down and patched. They me back on the road in about 30 minutes. The technicians were very personable and customer-oriented. So, if you are ever in Greenville TN and in need of tires or repair, stop in at Rusty's Tire & Alignment. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service. Had a tire problem on my 5th wheel trailer on I81. Called them and they got me in right away and all staff went out of their way to get me fixed up and back on the road. Would highly recommend to any one looking for tire service.

Been there before and returned because of the great service and friendly folks. They couldn't locate the leak in the tire that had leaked down twice within a couple of days. It was great they didn't charge us for anything even though they did pull the tire off and had multiple people check for the leak, Will bring all my tire business to them. All they did was done with a smile.

Complete lack of human kindness. Disclaimer: Not a customer. Pulled in to see if I could borrow a jack to change a tire. Denied due to insurance. Absolutely understandable. Woman behind the counter: "You don't have 10 min so I can have one of my guys do it? I'll only charge you $10" 2 things: 1)Time yes money no. Spent the last of my money for the tire! 2)$10 for what would have taken maybe 5 minutes?! I'm no math wizard but that's $2 a minute. $120 an hour! Uh, no thanks. Side Note: O.S.H.A. would love to see "your guy" that I saw changing tires in the shorts loose T-shirt and sneakers. No gloves,no safety glasses, no safety shoes.

Had to replace my drum brakes. Called the shop and they said bring it on in. No wait time excellent customer service and amazing prices, compared to other shops in the area. Definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend them.

We were driving down 81 and our tire pressure was going down. We found Rusty’s Tire and Alignment online and reached out. They squeezed us in to patch the tire and got us on our way in no time. Super professional and extremely nice.

Rusty's tire was recommended by my tow company and man they didn't disappoint...as a small business they got my truck back on the road with new brakes and even helped with some tires...thank you so much from one small business to another

Best around here and the employees are communicable and very explanatory, which is great for someone who knows nothing about tires/mechanics. We appreciate this business and the employees!
