Brittany and Robert at the Erie, PA West 26th Street location were absolutely wonderful. They were both professional with great attitudes. Worst place ever! Tried to up sell me on synthetic oil “that was required”, but after checking my manual, I refused so they stated they needed to use a “blend”? The very next day as I was driving, the bottom dust cover came loose and I had to drag it back to them to secure properly. They reluctantly reattached it and claim it was not their fault! I will never use their service again!!

This was my first time at a 10-min oil change express and the guys were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. It was quick and convenient. I will definitely be back !

I've actually been going to this location since I was a kid and it was Leo's car wash. As an adult, it's been my go-to oil change spot for years. Great service, fast, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I especially appreciate that recently it seems like they've been upgrading the building and everything is cleaner and more organized. Gets you in and out fast and efficiently.

Just some information for anyone who is interested The manager ROB that ran this shop for 10 years an turned this business from a 1 star facility to a 5 star facility is going to be working at TAKE 5!!! If you want exceptional service like the reviews you read with his name in it go see him up at TAKE 5 I promise you won't be disappointed.
