I had a 5 star experience here for sure! Joshua went above and beyond. I purchased a part here and, when I got home, couldn't get it to fit properly. I called the store and spoke to him. He asked me to take a picture of a couple things, text them to him, and then walked me through, for about 10 minutes, exactly what to do. It turned out it was the wrong part, so he ordered the right one that would be in first thing the next day! Even offered for me to come by the store and put it in for me! That's customer service in a day and age that it rarely exists!! Huge thanks to Joshua!

Bought new rotors less than a year ago, they warped badly. Returned them under warranty and received a new set no questions asked. Very pleased with the service I received regarding this transaction.

Customer Service: Below average customer service. They were nice but I didn’t feel they had any motivation to help me. Explained what parts I needed and even asked for help. They were not rude but explained they couldn’t help. Overall Experience: Disappointed they did not have a part I needed in stock for a job that seems really common. Recommendation: I would recommend to give them a shot but they are not my first option. When working with cars and needing parts you’ll learn you go to who has what you need.

Adam was amazing. We had our rear brakes go out while visiting Erie Pennsylvania and the Beautiful State Park. We called him from our hotel room and he was very accommodating. Looked at the pricing and even offered us the AAA discount that saved us a nice little bit of money. Service should be the key to Automotive Sales because nowadays you could buy on the internet or other places but nothing like dealing with someone in person

Purchased lifetime warranty calipers. Both rear calipers have already failed, less than 1 year, less than 2000 miles, normal city driving conditions. To get them replaced, the right rear wrong part number was ordered, wasting time and money. Left rear, the wrong part number was ordered. That was “corrected “, only to be given a VERY close match, that didn’t fit. Wrong part again, and issue has yet to be resolved. That’s after waiting 1 month for the left rear replacement that I was told would take 5 days. Now feeling stuck, having paid the life warranty upgrade. I DO NOT recommend Napa.
