O'Reilly Auto Parts

Stopped in on thanksgiving due to broken wiper blades and it is raining. Thank Goodness it was open and the store manager Justin and Mike were working and very helpful and in good spirits! Such a good shopping experience and pleasant interaction! To my surprise the blades were buy one get one free so I paid way less than I imagined and they installed them for free ! ❤️ Thanks guys

Assistant manager Mike is amazing- just stopped in for blades during a crappy raining sideways kind of storm. He offered to put my blades on with no hesitation despite the terrible weather. I picked the wrong blades and the ones I needed were a higher price and he took care of it. That is exceptional service and he didn’t need to do that for me!! I will shop here anyday over a competitor. P.S. I hope your power comes back on ASAP!!! Much gratitude, thank you again! He deserves a raise :)

I stopped by today about fourty minutes ago to get new wiper blades. My driver side blade broke after work so I decided to get the pair. I have had issues in the past with the clips being a bit too big in what the parts catalog says fits. Today, Clay recommended me the bosch icon blades, and Gregory came out with me to check if the clips fit before purchasing them, and helped me put them on. I always come to this store for the amazing customer service. They don't just say the higher-priced parts are the best quality if they might not be. They alwaya recommend what they truly believe is the best.

Whenever I need parts for the cars, I head over to O'Reilly! Their service personnel are friendly and are accommodating for assistance. We have had numerous wiper blades, bulbs, oil, and battery purchases here. In fact, we had an issue with a battery, and being a O'Reilly rewards member, they were able to look up our information quickly and processed an adjustment. The rates aren't so bad they're really great to US veterans. And if they don't have something which quite honestly I've never run into, but I do know that they're willing to get it. Now that's customer service keep up the good work!
