I had a brake issue come up while I was traveling through the area, and they were able to fit me in on a busy Friday afternoon. The issue was quickly identified and fixed at a reasonable price, and I was able to complete my trip. I'm very grateful for the impromptu service!

It’s was the best experience you can have fixing your vehicle. The receptionist also co-owner Sara was very kind and attentive she made you feel welcomed. Rob the other co-owner and mechanic listened to everything I had to say about the vehicle. He fixed my vehicle the same day. And was very knowledgeable about everything..No guessing what It may be. He knew exactly what the problem was fixed it in a timely manner. Also the prices are very reasonable. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

THE BEST CAR REPAIR AND MAINTANICE IN ERIE COUNTY!!! Rob and Sara have been SO extremely good to me!! They are VERY reliable and easy to work with. They do everything they can to get you in to look at your vehicle and assist you in any way they can. I will not be going to any other car garage then to theirs! I am beyond grateful for all of their help. These are amazing people with a great business!!

Rob has been my mechanic for over a decade. He's worked on mine and many of my friends vehicles. Rob has worked on my vehicle at his own home when I've had an emergency. Rob developed a following when he started at a chain garage. His popularity as a mechanic exploded when he went out on his own. I mention this following/popularity because if you are not a patient person, don't bother using his garage. He's in demand by his longtime, loyal customer base and by the word of that base sending their friends and family to him. He's in demand because he's a fair, honest, experienced mechanic and a great guy. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not go to them for a smart start device!! (Or really anything that you need to be done properly) I got the device installed at their shop and in a matter of 4 days I’ve had issues with it starting up 4 times, twice in one day. My vehicle has no issues itself. The battery has power and the vehicle turns on with no problem but the handheld unit doesn’t turn on so I am unable to start my car. This has happened multiple times. I have had the device for 4 days and it’s happened 4 times. The service center is not picking up when I call and neither is the mechanic for the service center. I’ve left voicemails and texted to inform them of the issue itself and the fact that this continuous issue with the device has been disruptive to my prior engagements but they refuse to replace the device entirely as it seems faulty and the female customer service attendant at the shop said that it doesn’t seem “feasible” for the mechanic to come down to fix his own work again since simply refuse to, and it’s not financially feasible to, foot the bill for a tow each time this happens. I see no reason that I’ve had this issue, especially as many times as I have in the time frame that it has occurred. I payed a pretty penny for the installation itself and will have to pay every two weeks to be able to keep the device yet I’m sure that they won’t refund or discount my payment or even part of it since the mechanical work is shoddy and they are less than cooperative. Do not go to them for a smart start device!! Or any work if you want it done right the first time and no attitude from the shop attendant.
