They’ve done two bumper replacements for me, the last being for a quite extensive repair due to a buck strike. They always do great work. They communicate well and return the vehicle is great shape, like it never even happened. Great shop!

I almost never write reviews, but almost five years after my experience with Bonnell's, I'm still having issues with my car. I had massive hail damage and a whole bunch of stuff needed replaced and repaired in April 2019. Well, they didn't hook up my sun roof drain properly when they did the body work. Fast forward to the beginning of 2024, when I noticed a wet spot on the roof of my car. My local mechanic identified the issue of the drain not being hooked up, and water had been getting into my car for almost five years. I had water damage I wasn't even aware of. Specifically, the water damage has caused damage to my seat frame and the air bag sensor that is in the frame. This means my air bags may not go off if I'm in an accident until the seat is replaced. The fact that Bonnell's was so negligent when repairing my car is frustrating, and I'm dealing with the aftermath almost five years later. Take your business elsewhere.

2nd time I’ve had work done at this location. And both were good. This most recent time, after I had some issues at their Fairview location, the regional manager got involved, stepped up, and got his team at this location together and got the job well done and in a timely manner with plenty of communication along the way. Can’t thank the regional manager, the general manager, and the rest of the team enough for stepping up and making everything right and treating me right. I will refer everybody to Bonnells 26th street for collision and paint work, as they know how to treat customers with the respect they deserve.

Car looks like new. Perfect paint match. Mike was incredible to work with. Bonnell's in Erie is top notch in workmanship and customer service. Worked seamlessly with insurance company. Kept me up to date on progress and expected finish date with regular texts. That was unexpected but very, very nice. Great communication system.

Absolutely beautiful work! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Start to finish it was an incrediby experience. Dropped car off, had a rental waiting, kept me updated on progress and then picked car up. No frustration and no headaches. 100% satisfied!

The work was done beautifully and efficiently! My car was returned in significantly better shape on the inside and out than it was given in. The estimated price was accurate, my car was done by the projected date, the transition to the rental was smooth. And all the while, there was nothing but EXCELLENT customer service! Each person I interacted with was friendly, personable, and professional. I am so grateful for my experience and I cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful service!
