Said 3 to 4 hrs took 5 was not notified that it was ready. Almost at 6 hrs I went to check the agent that was for my car was busy to acknowledge me standing there. Another agent helped me. She told him all the info on my car even tho I was standing there. Customer service needs to get improved. Second time I have been there with the same treatment

We arrived for scheduled appointment at 7:00AM. We had a short wait. We extended the reason for our appointment. There was some confusion on the repair and where is was to be completed. We spoke to Mr. Jose Garcia/ Service Advisor. He listened, extended his understanding and was empathetic of our situation. He was very professional and courteous through out the conversation. Jose provided a quick and courteous resolution that was very gracious from High-Valley Toyota leadership. It saved us a second appointment. The car was repaired very quickly. They got it right. My wife is extremly pleased. We want to show gratitude to Jose Garcia for his efforts on going above and beyond his job duties. Sometimes we over look great service. Thank you Jose for your efforts. Kudos to you.

My most recent visit is a solid reminder why I’m a loyal Toyota customer. Christina informed of an unbeatable deal for an oil change, and had no issues scheduling an appt to get it done. My oil change was handled quickly, and was relieved that my multipoint inspection went very well- (what a reliable car!) And Jesus was courteous and provided great customer service going over my inspection results. Thanks Toyota Team!

I had an airbag recall on my 2003 Matrix. I was assisted by Tyler who informed me there were 3 total items needing immediate service. Tyler was very helpful and professional. Had my car started on the service and had me out and done in less then 2 hours. I appreciate the customer service provided by Tyler.

The people are nice and helpful, but the wait times are way to long for a routine oil change. I had an appt at 7am. I arrived 10 min before 7. My truck was finished after 10am.

I had major maintenance service on my 2017 Camry today. It took three and a half hours but, I expected it would. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and specialty drinks, water and snacks available. Super clean restrooms and personable staff. My only issue which was partly my fault: I gave my valet key. My glove box was locked so the technician couldn't change several filters as they are accessed through the glove box! I need to return for those changes to be made. If I had been notified I could have provided the key fob as I waited on site. A small glitch. I am very happy with the service.

Always can count on expedient and professional service. The coordination between the service attendant and vehicle Technicians is excellent. You get realtime data and status on the progress of your vehicle during the servicing and maintenance evolutions. And the cost of any extra maintenance that you incurred. But they will always show and tell you the recommended maintenance at your discretion. I am a loyal customer at Valley Hi!

I was quoted 2 hours and it took exactly that. Seats in the waiting area were comfortable. Lots to choose from. Bathrooms were clean as was the waiting area. Highly recommend. I do wish they had offered to give my car a quick wash like they had the first time I went in, but besides that I am very happy with my experience.

The negative first: I didn’t get exactly the amount of trade in that I wanted or the payment I wanted for a new vehicle. The positive: I didn’t feel pressured to buy a new vehicle which was great. I did get the vehicle I wanted that I should have got the last time I bought a vehicle. The sales guy Victor wasn’t pushy he asked questions of what I wanted and went from there. So am I happy indeed I am happy with my purchase…

My experience @Valley- hi was exceptional. My service advisor was Kimberly Hanrahan. She was kind, respectfully and proficient at her duties. She checked her charts and got the best deal for me and my truck. The truck needed a lot of work, which was well done and finished ahead of schedule. Runs great. Kudos to the mechanic👍 the "unsung hero". In the end, I payed less than the quote I was given. Thank you Valley-hi Toyota team. See ya next time.
