different days to put air in my tires and they use the spot for parking, the gray one seems to be an employee's since it is the one that is always there, it is supposed to be only to fill the tires with air.

This review is specifically for Rene from the tire shop. I was having a horrible day after incorrectly booking a new tire change appointment post Christmas eve closing hours on my road trip down south. I was about to leave when Rene swung by and inspected all my tires and filled them up too. He assured me my tires were in good condition and I don't need to change them for a while ( I thought so but needed a professional opinion). This was all after closing and he didn't have to take the 15 minutes after his shift to do this. And after all that he vehemently refused any tip. It's moments like this and people like Rene that make something small like going to the Costco tire shop a truly memorable positive experience. God bless you Rene and I wish you all the best for your bright future, with that attitude you're definitely going places :)

Never answers the phone. You have to call administration first, then they will forward your call. Had an appointment and it still took almost 3 hours to rotate tires...

Yes, I had a bad experience. I tried to call like six times and nobody answered and I finally call the operator and it came out with the same results.

I love Costco tires. Kind of a pain in the butt to pre-order the tires. However, they still do excellent service and I've never had a problem with their installations or disposal. The only bad thing is that it can take quite a long time, even with scheduled appointments. Even when they give you an estimate of an hour it takes more than double. But they are friendly folks and I see that the folks are working hard in the garage. So I can't complain. I don't want to change the tires myself!

I was driving my husband’s Tesla to find out all the tires are low. I came here to see if they can help me. I was greeted by a friendly rep named Victor. He was super kind and pumped all my tires. Thank you so much!!! I love Costco !
