Never come here!! 0 stars!! They are not to be trusted!! I’ve been coming here for almost three years and they are treating me horrible! I went in for a simple oil change. Two days later I’m getting my car back because it went from an oil change to all of a sudden my light being on and 80$ more charge. There were no lights on when I took my car in, it turned on when my car was at their establishment!! It even says it in my initial report no lights were on when I took it in. Horrible customer service! Mark was refusing to give me any customer service phone numbers or helping out with the issue they caused to my car. After paying I look at my interior and they shifted my whole carpet so now wires are visible! I am never going back ever! The owner commented on my post, but never got back to me , it’s all just for show. FAKE and horrible customer service!

Mark and Alejandro were great. I got a flat tire at 6:59 PM on the way to Vegas from Los Angeles. They literally stayed late to help me put my spare on and they ordered me a new rear tire That will be available tomorrow morning To be installed. Their Selfless assistance and concern for my well-being was very apparent apparent. I’ve never been to the Pep Boys before, but they literally stayed late to help me and make sure I was OK. I will never forget their kindness. They have made an everlasting memory in my mind that will last forever. Thank you, Mark and Alejandro.

I had a flat on my way to LA, and Leonard and Mark were both awesome to me. Their friendliness and customer service was above and beyond any expectations I had! They were professional, empathetic and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I arrived and was out within 45 minutes! Thanks so much guys!!
