Suburban Toyota I’ll have to be very honest I wasn’t pleased in the beginning more than a month ago when I purchased my vehicle but since then they have treated me like gold thank you. I took my vehicle in for service. They told me it was gonna be around $185. They had my vehicle as I waited for two hours as they told me I would. Then they came back made the repairs and told me it was only gonna be $98 and they said they cut their time in half. I left this time very pleased. Thank you you guys. I had replaced my battery with a Toyota battery in an older Lexus. The battery had an 84 month warranty. Less than two years later the battery failed. I went back to Suburban Toyota to replace it under warranty; however it was not that easy. The service personnel told me since it was a Lexus they could not warranty the battery. I talked to the General Manager Cody, Service Manager Adam and Service Tech Roger about this unfortunate situation. They contacted Toyota Parts Division and since I’ve been a loyal customer they gave me a mulligan and replaced the battery. This was the right thing to do; however they didn’t have to do that. Additionally, I was not the easiest person to deal with - I was a little upset. However through their professionalism and patience they worked the problem: I’ll be a loyal customer in return - they deserve the 5 stars here. Well done gentlemen. If you need service or are in the market for a new car - I highly recommend Suburban Toyota.

I have had three of my cars serviced at this dealership going on 4 years. Roger in the service department is amazing and all the staff seem to go over and beyond. Toyota way of safety, respect and teamwork at this dealership.

I tried to buy a car here but the Sales person was too busy. I ended up buying from someone else but live in this area. I have my Sienna serviced here and the service department is wonderful. Prompt, Knowledgeable and even on a holiday weekend they were so efficient. Kendrick is an exceptional employee and is always so helpful!! Love the service department here.
