I had a frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. The engine light on my one-year-old car kept coming on, and they repeatedly dismissed it as a software update. Eventually I was told there was an exhaust system malfunction, but they still insisted it was just a software issue and claimed it wouldn’t affect drivability—only “lower fuel efficiency.” But lower fuel efficiency clearly meant something was wrong. When the engine light came back on just 12 hours after I picked up the car from their service, they refused to schedule another appointment. After reaching out to the service manager, a technician just called to assure me the car was "fine" and hopefully a software update would come out in July. I took it to another dealership, where they properly diagnosed the issue with the exhaust system, ordered a part, and fixed it for good. I won’t be returning.

Worst experience I have had at a dealership every time I walk in. Brought my Sprinter in multiple times in the six months since I bought it off their lot and every time I am the “ugly step child”. I am in for warranty repair, already frustrated that my expensive, top of the line vehicle needs repairs and I have had terrible service. From telling me it’s customer abuse and I will have to pay, to not responding to text messages, to sitting on hold for forever, no call backs…you name it they’ve done it. I truly can not imagine worse service. Just left there today, dissatisfied yet again and I will not be back, any other Michigan dealership will serve me better.

Took my vehicle in for a scheduled full service maintenance and some warranty work. Only was able to get my service tech on the phone once within the three weeks they had my car. The manager was never available and no other tech was able to assist me. After a week without my car, I asked for a loaner or rental, got nothing! I had to find a rental on my own. It was the worst experience I had ever received from any dealership. Ford and GM dealerships at least get me a loaner or rental without keeping my car for an entire three weeks
