I dropped my car to fix the blowing sound during driving but no one contacted to me during maintenance for 1 week. When I picked up my car on Fri, they said they order some part and will contact me once the part is ready and said it will be available within few days (next Mon) and now I have been waiting for it for almost 10days. I am pretty sure no one will call me before I call them.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7am for an oil change. Which I was the first person to arrive . I was pleased with the Lyft service back home I was DISPLEASED with the time it took to service my vehicle, 8 hours. Never once did the service advisor call to explain the delay. My oil change was complimentary, not sure if that matter but I was completely disappointed with the complimentary service provided.
