Toyota Parts

I drove 40 minutes to pick up car parts I had ordered, arriving 15 minutes before the shop’s posted closing time. Despite the shop still being open, I was told that nobody could help me. It’s frustrating to invest time and effort into a business that doesn’t honor its own operating hours. It was a wasted trip and a disappointing experience. I hope this is addressed for future customers.

Stopped by on my lunch break to order a part. Gentlemen at the counter was helpful in finding the switch I needed. Ordered the part and didn't have to pre-pay. Part showed up next day and I was promptly called. Wouldn't hesitate to do business here again.

Never have I experienced a dealership who doesn't put the customer first. Our sales rep admitted that he knew nothing about the car, that the dealership parking lot was a dumpster, and he also decided to smoke his e-cig in front of us. Very disappointed!

What really stood out was how he went above and beyond double checking part compatibility, offering helpful advice, and making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He knows his stuff and genuinely cares about customers!
