Honda Service

I had a pretty nasty migraine when I went in to pick up my car and was impatient and a bit rude. Everyone who assisted me was very patient and helped speed the process along so I could get going. Cherif was especially friendly (even when I was not). When I got home and realized some of the accessories I ordered weren't installed, the team was very quick to make sure I could get everything taken care of. Overall, I am happy with the car and the service I received.

Great experience. This was my first time there, and I was helped swiftly by one of the service reps, Bob(friendly and professional), and he got me in/out within 10 min. I had planned on walking back to my apartment, but was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle service. I barely had a chance to sit down in the lobby before one of their shuttle drivers, Tom, escorted me to his vehicle and took me home. He was a pleasure to speak to on the way back.

I have nothing but great things to say. We have been customers for over 10 years and they always take care of you. Jeff is really helpful and great, he always explains the repairs and their need. Everyone is kind there. Thank you all for your care.

Once again, Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills has taken great care of us. Jeff Smith in service is always so welcoming and takes the time to hear our concerns. 10/12/23 - Evan was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure my car was serviced quickly and thoroughly. I so appreciate the entire Suburban Honda Service team. 12/22/23 - The Suburban Service team is great! Our service was done super quick - and always with a smile!

I had an excellent experience there! My advisor (Evan) was great to work with! I had an oil change and tire rotation performed. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was happy to find out my first oil change was free since I had purchased my vehicle from them. They also completed a complimentary Multi-point inspection which was a nice added a value and piece of mind. I will be going back for my future service needs!
