EDIT: Subsequent interactions were much better. After the last issue, they quickly called to reschedule, then in a week or two, called again to offer a sooner appointment. Once I dropped off, they were patient, courteous, and prepared. Adjusting rating upwards from 2 to 4 stars. Thank you for the dramatic improvement! Poor communication and customer service. Multiple times now, I have called to schedule service, only to come in and discover it's not in the schedule, or that it's supposed to take 2 days (nice to know before I arrive), or that parts are unavailable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the level of service and communication is poor, bordering on awful.
