The UnDealership Introduce

For motorcycle enthusiasts and riders in Redwood City, California, and surrounding areas, who understand the unique needs of their two-wheeled machines, The UnDealership stands as an exceptional and highly revered "Auto Repair Station." Located at 635 Bair Island Rd UNIT 314, Redwood City, CA 94063, USA, this establishment has carved out a distinct niche by providing specialized and dedicated service for motorcycles, offering both expert repairs and a proactive approach to getting riders back on the road. Its name, "The UnDealership," perfectly encapsulates its commitment to offering a superior, more personalized, and efficient alternative to traditional dealership experiences.

The environment at The UnDealership, while not explicitly detailed in terms of square footage or decor, is clearly one defined by efficiency, expertise, and a genuine passion for motorcycles. The customer testimonials paint a picture of a shop that is organized and capable of handling urgent and complex repairs with remarkable speed. The owner, Sean, is at the heart of this environment, creating an atmosphere where customers feel heard, valued, and confident that their beloved bikes are in capable hands. The emphasis on quick turnaround times and Sean's active pursuit of necessary parts, even from "OTHER shops," indicates a dynamic and resourceful operation. This suggests a space optimized for quick diagnostics and repair, where every effort is made to minimize downtime for the rider. The atmosphere is one of trust and dedication, where problems are solved with determination and ingenuity.

The services offered by The UnDealership are comprehensively tailored to the specific needs of motorcycles, distinguishing it significantly from general auto repair stations. Their expertise extends to various brands, as evidenced by the repair of a "brand new Triumph T120" that broke down. Their core services would include, but are not limited to: advanced diagnostics for motorcycle issues, engine repair, electrical system troubleshooting, brake system maintenance and repair, suspension work, tire services, routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups), and potentially custom fabrication or installation work. The key highlight from customer feedback is their ability to diagnose and fix problems with remarkable speed, as seen with the Triumph being fixed "the very next day." Sean's proactive approach to sourcing parts, "going to OTHER shops to get stuff for YOUR machine," underlines a commitment to efficient problem-solving, rather than passively waiting for shipments. This dedication ensures that riders receive timely and effective solutions, getting their motorcycles "up and running" and back on the road safely and quickly.

The distinguishing features of The UnDealership are truly what set it apart in the motorcycle repair landscape. First and foremost is the exceptional character and dedication of Sean, the owner. He is consistently described as a "fantastic shop, run by an even better person," who is "knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive." This personal touch and high level of expertise are rare and deeply appreciated by customers. Sean's "determination to get you back on the road" is a major highlight, demonstrating a proactive problem-solving mindset, even going to other shops for parts to avoid delays. This level of service is a stark contrast to typical experiences, where customers might face long waits for parts or repairs. The phrase "killer value" also emphasizes that the high-quality, expedited service comes at a competitive price. The strong sense of loyalty from customers, who recommend "Keep coming back to support this awesome company, and better human being," underscores the deep trust and satisfaction The UnDealership inspires. This shop embodies the ideal of a mechanic who genuinely cares about their clients and their machines, providing service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Given the strong word-of-mouth promotion generated by its exceptional service and Sean's dedication, The UnDealership's primary "promotional information" is its stellar reputation and the unparalleled customer experience it provides. While specific, formal promotional offers like discounts on routine maintenance are not detailed in the provided information, the intrinsic value of getting a motorcycle fixed "Boom, done—rides perfect" with "killer value" is a powerful, ongoing incentive. The enthusiastic endorsements from satisfied customers are their most effective marketing tools. For local users and motorcycle enthusiasts, the message is clear: if you need reliable, fast, and expert motorcycle repair, The UnDealership is the place to go. Potential customers are encouraged to reach out to The UnDealership directly at (650) 346-7349 or +1 650-346-7349 to discuss their motorcycle's needs, inquire about services, and get an estimate. The promise of "great service, experience, and killer value" is consistently delivered, earning the unwavering trust and loyalty of its clientele.

The UnDealership Customer Reviews

Sean, and the UnDealership, is a fantastic shop, run by an even better person. My brand new Triumph T120 broke down after less than 500 miles, and I spent two weeks arguing with my dealer about why they wouldn't honor the warranty. I call Sean: he fixes it the very next day. Boom, done--rides perfect. The great thing about the UnDealership is Sean's determination to get you back on the road. He told me about all of these avenues he was thinking about taking to get my bike up and running, and the various places in the area he was ready to go to in order to get the necessary parts. I mean, a mechanic going to OTHER shops to get stuff for YOUR machine? Does that even happen anymore? Nowadays, garages wait weeks for some stupid little part to be shipped in from China. Meanwhile, Sean just gets the work done, and gets you back out there, smiling on your ride. Come here for the great service, experience, and killer value. Keep coming back to support this awesome company, and better human being.

Oh my God these guys are great. They are capable and honest. I'd bought a '73 Honda CL350 that wasn't running and they got it all sorted in less than a day. The good news? I've found a trustworthy mechanic. The bad news? Now I feel ok buying more old bikes (the next will be an 80s K100RS) and they'll get a lot more of my money!

Sean (Owner of UnDealership) replaced my fork seals on my 2009 R6. I removed the forks to save myself some money and observed how he dismantled the forks and swapped the fluid and seals, and then I installed them back on the bike when he was done. Nice thing about this shop is they don't mark-up cost on any parts. You pay the price they pay (plus shipping and any tax). I take all my motorcycle maintenance needs here if I can't do it myself.

When you find a good mechanic you stick with them. I've been having trouble finding one for over 3 years until I met Sean. Knowledgeable, straight forward & honest to say the least. Throw in reasonable to that pile & I'd say you have a good description of this guy. I brought in my Triumph Speed Triple that was having issues with the throttle response & after a couple tries it was fixed better than new. Suspension overhaul & a Racetech valving upgrade, voila! He even set up my suspension for my weight & riding style which was the best part of my repair list. Which happened to be longer than I thought. Each repair request was handled professionally & quite frankly reasonable. Yes I'm picky & rightfully so. He, unlike many others understood that & treated me with respect & didn't dumb it down like it was my first rodeo. Thanks again for everything Sean! Now get yourself some Armin Van Buren & let me know what you think.
