The service department diagnosed my vehicle using their computer, the battery was determined to be in working condition as well the entire 12 voltage electrical system. I was told that it would cost $2500 to fix my vehicle. I picked up my car paid $2500 plus taxes and my car wouldn't start 24 hours later. The service department was supposed to have fixed the issue that was preventing the car from starting. Did I mention that I had to pay $300 for the fraudulent diagnostic that was done to pinpoint the problem with my car? So after paying $3000 for them to determine what the problem is and to fix the problem MY CAR ISN'T FIXED. I gave them one star, because after leaving a message for the service manager to call me so that he could come up with a solution, the guy who checked the car in for the diagnostic, and tried to charge me $400 for the diagnostic called back saying that he was the technician who worked on the car and he scheduled a free diagnostic for the Monday today. He absolutely tried to charge me $400 for a diagnostic the receptionist said costs between $250 and $300. So the $300 diagnostic took about 6 hours, while it only took them 3 hours to tell me that the perfectly fine battery from last week needs to be replaced. Thank you so much Didier for your non service and over -charging, and deceit. The service was non existent. And if I could take back that one star I would. According to the diagnostic that you tried to overcharge me for, there was nothing wrong with my battery, and now that you have my money you say it's the battery. But you originally told me that I needed a specific part replaced to fix the problem. I don't believe that you replaced the part. You lied and said that you were the technician who fixed the car when I wanted to speak to the manager, so I can't believe anything you have said. The technician who did the diagnostic, is the same guy checking cars in and repairing them. And returning calls for the manager. The same guy that said " it's not the battery" is the same guy who says that he changed the part causing the problem, and "the battery is the problem"....how was it not the problem 7 days ago but now it's the problem?

I had a $ 25.00 coupon off for an oil change, I presented the coupon to Peter he told me he would apply it at the end of my service, but he didn’t I called him and left a message but he never responded, not good business. I live in SF I didn’t drive back down there to confront him, he could have called back. but he didn’t.
