I've been to Putnam twice. Once, having bought a used Lexus elsewhere without a manual (online only, not orderable), and helped by a very kind, veteran sales gentleman (Robert, I believe) who sat down in the passenger seat and patiently gave me a comprehensive overview of the functions. Then, took it in for a diagnostic and service and (although expensive a la carte options), they couldn't have been more comprehensive and kind in free advice (Mario and associates), and I got more out of the service than expected. I am so thankful, especially knowing it's rare for dealerships to be this generous.

Excellent service! The rear windows/doors of my new RX were making annoying creaking and cracking noises. Randy and Pete worked hard to stop the noises. It can be hard to get dealers to recognize noises as a problem, but grateful that it was taken care of by Putnam service!
