Hands down, by far the best dealership service I have ever experienced! Very very easy to work with from the first point of contact(Jeff). Had the car finished a week ahead of the estimated time. If you need Subaru dealer direct help, this is absolutely the place you should go to. They were very nice when I came to pick up and also whoever mechanic was trying to get out at the light, was very nice with waiting when I was trying to put my toddler his car seat. Absolutely a waste of time and money! I sent my car there and they did an initial inspection that costed me $260, promised I can get my car fixed next Tuesday. On Tuesday they said they cannot get it done until Wednesday. On Wednesday I went but there NO repairs to my car AT ALL! They said they don鈥檛 have some equipments available until two weeks later. How can I live without my car for another two weeks? I took Uber to hospital, to supermarket, and to work. Don鈥檛 trust their service unless you don鈥檛 care when they get the work done. At last, it costed me $260 for nothing.
