Not a fan, especially after the recent change of Management. I bought my '23 Corolla Cross from here, and got all my ToyotaCare 5k -25k services done here, and most recently - the paid 30k service. I dropped my car off in the morning and was the last oerson to pick up my car in the evening. They were unable to even look at an issue with my tailgate actuator, despite me letting them know in the morning. I also told them about an issue with steering power loss I had shared during the 25k service, which they were unable to reproduce back then. This time, they said it would cost $470 for just a "diagnostic", i.e. a look at the issue. I expect for someone to at least *look* at an obvious issue like a stuck tailgate, when I'm paying $700 for a routine maintenance. That service expectation is the only reason I'd pay the premium of going to a dealership. Also, they seem to have stopped giving the inspection reports which I always received under the old management. Probably not coming back again.

Had an appointment for a recall at 10:30 am today, was told it would take 2 days. I said the person on the phone told me if I drop it off before 11:00 it would be done same day. Mind you, I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance and nobody bothered to call me to plan to have my car dropped off for 2 days. His excuse was that the person on the phone is in Vegas and doesn’t know the situation at the service center. I then asked for a loaner, he supposedly goes and asks his manager, they are all out of loaners. Of course! Why would anyone buy a Toyota when their dealers treat you like crap when you need them?

I leased this car here new, before Swickard took over ownership. I have worked in two different Service Departments in years past. When a customer has an appointment and is a "waiter" for a very basic service -- 15K, it should NOT take three hours. My appointment was at 1:15pm, I arrived at 1:10pm. I waited in my car about 15 minutes to speak with my Service Advisor -- unsure why that took so long because when I drove up in the Service drive, I was the only one waiting in line with my car -- then I was told my car was ready at about 4:18pm. No text updates, not shown where to pick up my car, my key was left in the vhicle in the exit drive. Unacceptable service. I was a "waiter" with an appointment at my last service here 10K/12 month, and that also took longer than it should have, over two hours. I will no longer service my vehicle here. For all my future service and purchase needs, I will go to Magnussen's Toyota in Palo Alto.

I have been going there for years. I just had my car serviced, and as always, they did a great and thorough job. My service advisor, Christina Fulkerson, was extremely helpful and professional, and explained everything to me clearly. I like the comfortable waiting room with little desks and free water.
