Tire Discounters

These guys gave me a great deal on new tires, but it was their customer service that actually won me over. Josh, the Tire Discounters rep, honestly went out of his way to make sure we received a great deal. I am the type to compare prices and go with the best deal, and they went out of their way to beat the competition. I had a gut feeling they were the guys to go with, and I'm glad I did. I feel like they went out if their way for me, and I will definitely be heading back to them in the future. The biggest part for me was I felt like I could trust their values. They admitted when they were out-beat by one of their competitors (although they price matched for me), but the biggest part was I felt like they were honest. This trip was about putting tires on my 20 year old daughter's car, and I feel like I could have trusted them to deal with her directly and fairly. They have won me over and I'm already planning to head back to them this summer to get new tires for my other cars.

Josh was absolutely outstanding! Great customer service from the moment I walked in. I just needed some air in my tires but he made me laugh we talked and he noticed I was missing the plugs for my tires and placed two new ones on. Above and beyond my expectations and I really want to thank him for such an experience. He reminded me that there are still some genuine good souls in this world.

My boyfriend took our car in for a simple alignment. The tech broke a part and the employees, including the general manager expected him/us to pay $500 for the alignment and broken part. My boyfriend did let some of his frustration show and get some of the cost down. However, after going over the receipt (as I always do) and both of us looking over the vehicle to make sure the parts were truly replaced with new parts because that's what we were charged for. We both believe that the parts are either used or we're never broken to begin with because the underneath wild not have had snow all over it after having a new part put in and sitting in a warm garage for hours. I will definitely be calling corporate to have something done about these lying employees.

All staff was wonderful. From my first call to Ron to being helped in store with Josh and the phenomenal crew I 1000% recommend coming here for your tire needs. Kept cost reasonable and advocated for me needs while reassuring through the process. Traveling across multiple states and an urgent need for a set of tires same day was stressful. Thanks to Tire Discounters I will safely continue on my route and happy to have found them!

Stopped in to have a tire repaired. They refused to repair my tire. They didn't have my tire size in stock to sell me any. They took the tire off my car and refused to even tell me why it was leaking. Wasted an hour of my time for literally nothing. Would not recommend for repairs. All these stores want to do is sell you tire(s). That's it. They're trained in all the BS jargon to scare you into buying tires and once they realize there is no sale to be had. The guy wouldn't even tell me why my tire was leaking air and basically sent me packing on a tire that was leaking air because thats safe and friendly.

It’s hard to find a place to take your car where you feel like you will work with knowledgeable professionals people that won’t try to sell you things you don’t need, and I found all this at Tire Discounters!!! They also were quick at getting my car in . I’m a first time customer but it will now be the only place I go for tires or oil changes from now on!

I've been to a few different tire shops and they usually pretty degrading and act like I don't know anything but this place is AMAZING!! The staff is very friendly and never make you feel stupid (even if you have almost non-existent brakes haha). They are fast and very professional! I really hate when they are busy because it's my favorite place to go for car issues!! 🤣😊
