Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I was visiting from Los Angeles and had an urgent need for a tire shop after getting a nail in my tire. Thankfully, I met Frank Pangelinan and Philip Arias, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They gave me excellent advice on how to handle the situation, all without charging a dime. They even provided a complimentary spare tire change. I highly recommend this place, and if I’m ever in Las Vegas again, I know exactly where to go. A big thank you to Frank, Philip, and the entire Tire Choice team!

I get a lot of different type of car work done here as it is so close to my house. From simple oil changes to brakes, to tires- they do pretty much do everything and do it well. The service manager Phillip has always been accommodating.

BEWARE of this RIP-OFF COMPANY Went for an oil change for $100. And that's all they did, checked nothing else 😡 I asked them after the oil change to check for a water leak. They found a top radiator hose leaking at the thermostat housing. Quoted $500+ to repair. I said that was ridiculous and left. I went to Auto Zone and purchased a new hose and thermostat housing with thermostat, new hose clamps, and a gallon of antifreeze. $90 Went home, and from the time I raised the hood until the repair was finished it took 30 minutes. (Screwdriver and a 10mm socket) What a rip-off that company is. I will never go back to them and suggest that no one else does.

I had set an appt for 10am today (Saturday). I arrived at 940am. I walked in and was told that she couldn't check me in till 10am. She then asked me to sit and wait for about a "half hour" before she would check me in. In my head I'm thinking "what? What if I walked in with no appt would she check me in? I inquired once more why I had to wait. I was not given a policy or any other reasoning bedlsides I was a bit early. So my thot is that if I sat there for 20 or so minutes and three folks walked in without appts, would they go ahead of me? She made no effort to state the obvious concern of mine and I just said no and bye bye. She yelled out have a nice day which is the universal F U to customers when they leave. I was not rude. In disbelief but not rude. Pretty insidious this event but last I knew nobody would take issue with someone showing up a bit early. JJ

Called ahead if they can do an oil change on my Honda Odyssey and Chris said bring it over. Found out that the fastest way to get in and out when having your car preventative maintained is during Mondays. I was literally the only customer in the lobby this Monday morning they had my van up and serviced very quickly.
