Velocity Collision Center did an incredible job repairing my Tesla after an accident! BJ was exceptional, calling twice a week with updates and keeping me informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail is unmatched—the car looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism. I had a really good experience with velocity collision repair. From the moment I called them to see if they could take my Tesla right after a car accident during my lunch break they were communicative, friendly, informative, and fixed my Tesla in a very timely Manner. I had more communication from them than I did from my adjuster and the weekly updates were helpful. They finished my car in three weeks and I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I need, I will use them again. Thanks guys.

I would highly recommend looking no further than Velocity Collision Center for any bodywork repairs for your car, especially fellow Tesla owners. Velocity Collision Center was referred to me from a friend, knowing I needed a Tesla certified body shop, and I wouldn’t trust my car to just anyone. I quickly found out why they were referred to me. From beginning to end I received great communication with knowledgeable, patient, talented, extremely friendly, and caring individuals, who all worked together like a well-oiled machine, never leaving me to question their knowledge with Tesla. Being this was my first time personally working with a body shop, I didn’t really know the process. From my first phone call, speaking with Justin, I already felt taken cared of, and that was before even stepping foot into their building. Justin took his time explaining the steps that would be taken for the needed repair, as well as making sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I then brought my car down to Velocity and BJ did the estimate for me, which I found to be a fair price, actually better than I expected. He took thorough pictures of the damaged area and entire car, then made a detailed description for insurance purposes. BJ explained everything required and made sure I knew what to do next. Couldn’t have been made more simple coming from their end - a breath of fresh air for me. As icing on the cake, another associate, Roland, went out of his way to communicate with me to ensure that the billing was completed between the insurance company and Velocity’s accounting department, which was important to me before bringing my car in. Roland even called when he hadn’t yet gotten a final answer back from either, ensuring he didn’t forget about me. Very impressed by this, and honestly a wow-factor, not commonly experienced in communication nowadays. My trust in Velocity never varied from start to finish, particularly because BJ had monitored my car throughout its repair process, solidifying my confidence in knowing I went with the right body shop. He made drop off easy and seamless, especially by calling Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental. When picking up my car, it was just as easy. I simply had to leave the rental at Velocity and drive my car off. I couldn’t have been happier with the finished product: they did a phenomenal job! The bodywork and paint are guaranteed for the life of the car, and on top of everything, I got a clean car back – interior and exterior, which is always high on my priority list. Everyone I came in contact with truly listened and delivered. To give a five-star review I look for my holy trinity: knowledge, communication, and a great job/experience. In reviewing Velocity Collision Center, I’m left wishing there were more than five stars to give.

I needed to get the front bumper of our truck repaired, so I started calling around to collision centers. The first one had a 2 month wait to even get an estimate! When I called Velocity, I spoke to Roland - in addition to being very helpful and super friendly, he told me I could come down that day, or whenever convenient for me, and get an estimate. I stopped by and 20 minutes later I had a full estimate waiting for me in my inbox! The quote was reasonable and fairly priced, so I booked the repair immediately. Roland had my parts within a day, and he had me stop by for a color match so that he could have the parts painted in advance, minimizing the time my car would need to be in the shop. About 2 days later, my parts were ready for install and the truck was only in the shop for about 6 hours, including the wash the did on the exterior. All-in-all, I had called on a Monday and my truck was repaired and done by Friday of the same week!! So much better than waiting for 2 months to even get a quote somewhere else! Velocity (and Roland) is friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, fast, and very high quality. I highly recommend them!!

I found the spot to do my Uber vehicle inspection because I happen to give a ride to one of the workers. He mentioned that it was quick and easy, and I just got it done now and he was right, and a great deal also! I recommend swinging by there, not just for that, but even any collision and body shop work too! Ask for Ronnie, he’ll make sure you’re taking care of well!

The thought of going to the body shop because you, or someone else damaged your car is right up there with having a root canal. At least that has been my experience. Exactly the opposite with Velocity. From my first call, to the day I picked up my car, they exceeded all expectations. Friendly, patient, awesome communications and exceptional follow up. On the way out, I thought, I hope I don’t have to get body work done in the future, but I’m coming back here if I do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
