I also checked all my tires after he said that might’ve been the issue and they’re all fine. I went in at the recommended time to do a tire rotation so it’s not like I waited too long or anything either. I was offered to have the tires rotated back, but I was also informed that I would not receive a refund and would need to pay for a second rotation. This feels unfair given that the pulling issue only began after the service. I value the work your team does, but this situation has left me frustrated and concerned about the quality of the service and the customer care I’ve received. All I want is for them to put my car back the way it was. I’d like to kindly request that this issue be addressed and corrected without additional cost to me, and a refund of my service.
