I had to leave my car this morning for a recall. The recall notice said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I am unable to drive because of surgery so am dependent on others to help. I had my car serviced there. Of course they gave me a list of what needed to be done. I can't afford their prices. I replaced my own air filter. There was a bolt missing. I cleaned my own battery post. The red plastic cover for the positive cable was broke off. The engine cover is missing. I'll never go back there again.

Worst experience ever.. express service, do they even know what the word express means. They also have a sign that says time is money really who’s time. They move like snails.. sure seems like appoints trump walk-in’s. Don’t ever come here unless you have an appointment. Otherwise you’re wasting your time. Showed up at 0830, 5 hours later and I am still waiting

Where do I even start ? Thank you so much Honda for being so fast and efficient .. the people who previously worked on my car did some damage and were refusing to help me even though I had proof that they damaged the vehicle since they were the last to work on those specific parts ! starting from Courtney to Mckensie and the very wonderful tech that worked on my Car Dustin ! You guys were so great to me , I appreciate the patience , the hard work and dedication , they wrote a full report and even gave back my damaged parts to submit ! They were so friendly & understanding they literally fixed the entire mess for me , I will never take my car anywhere else but Honda from now on !! This was a very great team and I’m thankful i was in their hands !
