Poor service, borderline rude... Half of the time one calls, the service desk doesn't answer. Negligent and dismissive staff at the service desk. Waited for 1.5 hour to get the tire locks installed (because they didn't the same day I bought my Mazda). Since I was previously told it should only take 30minutes, I went to follow up, and my vehicle had been ready to go but no one called me because they all went to lunch... Needed a vehicle detail but they said I had to come back no later than 9 am to get it done the same day (not sure why I wasn't told this when I made the app). Unfortunately, Joseph Moyer and I believe her name was Ana (long black hair) were primarily the staff I dealt with today. They don't seem to care at all, nor does the front staff, they just care about those looking to buy, not the customers that just did.

Im giving three stars only because the lady on the service department appears to have a bad day otherwise the Guy (5 stars for him) who took care of me was very accommodating and an expert on costumer service.
