Do not waste your time at this place. Took my gmc in a month ago for an oil change and alignment. The technicians screwed up the alignment so bad that it completely ruined my front two tires after only a month. When I took it back in to have it fixed and the tires replaced they said there was nothing they could do and the tire wear was due to not rotating the tires. I tried to reassure them that the tires have been rotated regularly with oil changes at a different GM dealership. They told me they could not verify that even though I was willing to bring paperwork to prove. Shoddy work in general, terrible wait times for vehicle repairs, and terrible customer service. This will be the last time I will ever take my car to be repaired here.

One of the worst experiences 21 Denali with check engine light (just got it from them used 2 month ago) Made an appointment and got scheduled 2 weeks later (frustrating but it's understandable) then took it to get it serviced and it's close to it being in the shop for 2 weeks now with "no one has time to diagnose it we will let you know when they check it out " What the .... Really irritating Cmon Gmc your team can't be that garbage

Honestly don’t know if there in the business of keeping customers ! My 23 Denali was in the shop for 4 weeks ! At the end I just sold it back to GMC at a big loss ! Went back to lux import brand ! Never again will I buy American !!!!
