WOW!!! 🤩 From the time I first made my appointment to when my car was finished, delivered and beyond … the communication and service have been absolutely stellar. Special shout out to Britney, Connor and Ginger who made my experience worth the effort to make a review. I already loved Tesla, so this experience further confirms there is no better company to give my business. Thank you Tesla and Tesla Collision for being awesome!

My car is better than ever! I just needed to take the time and recognize the great people at this location. Britney and Byron were just amazing to work with. They kept me frequently updated with the progress of repairs and really listened to any questions that I had. I was blown away by their service and the manner in which my concerns were handled. I never felt out of the loop once. This was especially important since I decided to take my car into this location from Michigan and had a 3 1/2 hour drive. When I got my vehicle back I was just awestruck. The car looked better than new and was freshly detailed. The new car smell was even back! I also really appreciated the gift bag that was given to me with a Tesla Branded Water Bottle, Pen and Note thanking me for bringing the car into them. Could not be any happier with my experience.

Some clown rear ended my 23 MY. I’ve had it two months and was stopped at a light, the guy behind me decided decided to go before the light turned green and the guy in front of him (me) to get out of his way. Anyway, the point of this is to let everyone know that the Tesla collision center in Dublin Ohio is awesome. The quality of the work is outstanding. My contact was Nick and he personally made sure that the work was performed correctly the first time. I told him that I would be driving 2 1/2 hours each way to pick it up from Toledo and I didn’t want to have to do another 5 hour round trip if something was missed. He drove the car around and did a personal inspection. It looks great and no rattles. The best car repair experience I’ve ever had. If you need collision work, this is the place.

I got Hit by an out of state driver . Their insurance would not cooperate . This collision center, namely Paul , Connor, and Brittany absolutely hounded that insurance company with constant emails and calls. The insurance just weren’t responding , or arguing about price , or documents, anything you can think of. I think this whole process took almost 2 months. Insane ! And it prolly would’ve taken even longer without this service centers assistance !! I really really appreciate the staff at this location for helping me . It sucked waiting on the insurance but they certainly made me feel like they had it under control so I had faith. Which is nice when your car is not in your own care. I got constant app message updates, one each Tuesday and Thursday, or if insurance reached back out. Voicemail every time I didn’t answer. I also had a rental that I had to pay out of pocket for. Once the collision center heard that the insurance company wasn’t covering my rental they gave me a loaner. A nice X (: saved me a few hundred dollars and got me out of a horrible kia … As for the repair my YLR looks brand new. No dirt in the paint, body lines are straight, no overspray etc . Car came back clean and charged at 80%. Again, probably some of the best service I have ever received from a company. Super freaking helpful. Never been hit before and they helped me so much figuring this out. 200/10 from me. I got a Tesla water bottle out of it too lol (:

Connor was awesome and went above and beyond for my project. Don’t know his name but the guy who did the car had it cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. They gave me a 2 week timeline and got it done in a week. Great dudes. Great process. Great experience.
