Gerber Collision & Glass

This location will lie and deceive you. I wouldn't trust them if it was the last collision repair entity on earth. They provided me a Final Bill, detailing a specific tire to be put on my Vehicle. However, they lied and deceived me and put on a completely different tire than what was noted on their actual documentation that they themselves provided to me when I picked up my vehicle upon completion. This company evidently is on board with lying to and deliberately deceiving their clients. This is unacceptable.

Gerber has had my vehicle for over a month, and counting, on a repair that was estimated to take 8 days. I can’t get any real answers for the reason for the extreme delay. I would not recommend Gerber to anyone due to the complete disregard for efficiency of service and the lack of transparency. I am left to just hoping to get my vehicle back at some point.

Our car had extensive hail damage and we were referred to Gerber by our insurance company. Although the car was deemed a total loss, I appreciated the exerience I had with Gerber. LaKesha at the front desk was always pleasant, quick to call back and communicate the vehicle status. I especially appreciated Heather, the GM's guidance about the process once the car was declared a total loss. Exceptional customer service all around!

When I tell you run to Gerber and don’t walk to Gerber …. Run 🏃‍♀️ I’m so happy my husband came to fix the damage that was done to my car after my accident…. Customer service Top tier and they keep you updated on your car every step of the way … my car looks brand new . And you Gerber for vacuuming my car I truly appreciate it .

Gerry is the best! They completed the repair over 2 weeks ahead of schedule! When I picked up my suv I mentioned the battery was on it's last leg and they fit me in to replace it the day of pick-up. They even swept the vehicle 😊... it was filthy when I dropped it off. The team made a customer for life! So happy I chose them. Highly recommended!

Everyone at this location is incredibly kind, friendly, and honest. They were communicative throughout the entire process and completed excellent work. Lakesha (I hope I spelled her name right) goes above and beyond for customers and is cheery every hour of the day. The techs are fantastic and go out of their way to explain things clearly and are super kind. Getting in an accident is never an enjoyable experience, but this staff makes everything as painless as possible. Would recommend

I enjoyed KeKe. She was so professional and also funny. She helped me with an insurance issue that I could not get taken care of. Can't thank her enough! Also Jerry. Very thoughtful. He got my car in done quickly. And he was funny as well. Actually, I enjoyed being at their Collison center. How many people say that! 😁
