I have been coming to this location for the past four years to service my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Alex has been my point of contact in the Service department from day one and has done amazing work. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I got a fair deal, whether it was brakes, tires or regular service. I consider myself an informed buyer and Alex's advice was always honest and insightful. My ownership experience would not have been the same without him, I highly recommend Alex and his team for any of your servicing needs.

Billy Petikas was wonderful. We bought our Jeep at Liberty. After buying another vehicle in the Crown Dublin family and having such wonderful service, we decided to bring the Jeep to the Crown Jeep service dept. With the Jeep only having 22k miles and a second repair needed for the “death wobble”, we wanted to ensure a proper and permanent repair. Crown Jeep provided complete and top notch service. Alex Greenland did a great job of diagnosing what was causing a shimmy in the front end of my Grand Cherokee. Was able to get that fixed for me and on the same day get the protective ceramic coating put on, saving me a second trip across down. Great service

Had an oil change done. Fast service, snacks and beverages available in waiting area, easy to work remote there. They even washed my vehicle for me without being asked or charged. Highly recommend! Dustin was a great service advisor!

My experience at Crown Chrysler, and particularly with my service representative, Alex Greenland, was excellent. My Pacifica Hybrid van had a recall on the high voltage battery. Two dealerships located closer to me seemed clueless on the process for the repair. I read reviews of Crown online and decided it was worth the one hour drive to have this important recall addressed correctly. From my first call to Crown, through picking up the van after the repair, everyone was professional and very competent. Alex was great at keeping me informed on the status of the repair. I highly recommend the service department at Crown.
