Crown Eurocars of Dublin Service

Tyler Hills was my service manager today. I had not met him previously. I must complement him on his assistance today. I had some trouble with my license plate and not being able to get it off from the backer plate. He assisted me and took it all the way off and took about 15 minutes of his time to help. Fix the problem. Great service. Great attitude. Much appreciated! A great addition to the team there.

Unfortunately, I got a flat tire today. I called Tyler Hills at Mercedes and without any delay, he said to come right in and he would check it out. Because I was heading home to get my kids off of the bus, and then on to their respective sports, he told me to take a loaner and he would take it from there. I was in and out in 14 minutes… that has to be a record of some sort. Tyler Hills also knew that I had to travel the next day, and while I could have easily used the courtesy car to get to the airport, he knew my mind would be at ease if it were my own and that this was taken care of.. my tire was fixed in under two hours and I was back to normal as if it never happened. Tyler Hills always values my time, ensures my questions are answered, and my priorities are met. I never feel like a number, but rather the loyal customer that I am. Because of Tyler Hills, and the service and hospitality across the entire Mercedes Team, I will never go anywhere else.

I always bring my car service at Crown Mercedes-Benz since bought my car. I am very pleased and had fantastic experience with Dave Kohler excellent customer service. His professionalism, and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth. I truly appreciate and highly recommend working with him.

This was our first experience with this service department. Steven Chrysler was our service manager, he was so very nice, professional and thorough. He walked us through the service to be completed, went over costs, and did the same when we picked up our car. He shared his direct phone number, should we need it in the future. We will request Steven going forward!

I recently visited Crown Eurocars of Dublin - Mercedes-Benz for service on my rear tires. I’m always happy when I know Clayton Burke will be my Service Manager. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains things fully, without being condescending. He is skilled at conversation and is very personable. I feel comfortable asking ‘silly’ questions about my vehicle and I leave feeling that I received honest, quality service.

Tyler Hills is an outstanding young man and is the type of Service Manager Crown Mercedes can be proud of. He kept me informed throughout the day on how things were going with my car by text. I have the best experience of all the Mercedes Benz workshops that I have been to. For me, the best service was given to me by Mr. CLAYTON BURKE. I recommend him 100%, as well as the workshop service. We have been having problems with the van for two years and the only ones who found the problem were them. After paying in several workshops, it is located in Dublin, Ohio. All the people who have this type of Sprinter van can go there and ask about it and will be well attended to and with the best repair results. Many thanks in advance to that work team.
