!!! BUYER BEWARE !!! I bought a rack for my Chieftain Limited from these people through Ebay. So much for guaranteed fit! Not only was it the wrong one, but it was broken. Now they expect me to pay to ship it back to them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bought a pair of Gaerne Fastbacks that were an open box on sale situation. Boots were well advertised with photos of some cosmetic imperfections. They arrived as advertised and my feet/legs love them. Comfortable and high quality. First pair of boots that don’t require padding for my skinny af lower legs and size 13 wide feet to make fit. The ability to move the buckles around to better fit thick or skinny calves is awesome. The Dudes at Motomentum packaged them up very well and they arrived faster than I expected. Paid 300$ for a seat that the websites "fitment guide" verified would fit my model bike. It did not, as it is "close out" they will not allow me to return. They just sent me the fine print of return policy and said hope you keep buying from us.

I ordered two tires (front and rear) from Motomentum.com website and mistakenly ordered the wrong rear tire. When I noticed this, I left them a message on their website along with the order number, and, within 15 minutes, I had received confirmation from Motomentum that they had cancelled the order and issued me a full refund.
