Batteries Plus

Bought a battery for my ‘10 Audi last February and now it won’t hold a charge. Went into batteries plus on Cemetary Rd in Hilliard to inquire about swapping out batteries. Service tech immediately started stating that they don’t work on European cars as there are too many variables. After I informed him that I bought the battery within a year he stated that is why it won’t hold a charge because they probably put the wrong battery in last time I came in. He again reiterated that they try not to deal with European cars and I asked if that’s the case then why didn’t the previous tech advise me of that when I bought the battery originally, in which he didn’t know. He eventually pulled a new battery and brought it out to the car to replace and was complaining the entire time he was doing it. He advised that in the future I need to find a company that has more knowledge in European cars. Moving forward I will find a company that can assist with all my battery needs and not just for my European car.

I ordered a car battery online with store pickup. When I went to the store to pick up the battery, they very graciously offered to install the battery in my car even though the temperature outside was 14 degrees. I am very grateful for their willingness to install the battery.

My charger cords would not stay plugged in, Jesse B. At Hilliard location went above and beyond to clean out the charger port. Jesse needs to be recognized as an outstanding tech. Batteries Plus should be grateful that is he is an employee. I want to continue working with Batteries Plus because of Jesse B.

Oh my!! I had one of those catastrophic (exaggerating) phone breaks that put my phone out of commission mid Saturday. Everyone else i called put me out like 4 days, I called this store and 'jack' aka Jay was super super helpful! I went right over and he fixed it! He made a point to ask if I wanted to watch and explained the whole process!! He is definitely the kind of employee a store owner & a consumer want to come in contact with. He also had a very friendly coworker. Overall 10/10! They definitely made a sh¡tty situation more than tolerable

Called in an hour before close and needed my iPhone screen replaced. Jesse and Isaac were very professional and knowledgeable. Jesse was able to put a new phone screen on and was very personable. Would 100% recommend coming here if you are looking for a quick screen replacement! Thank you so much!

Took my phone in for a screen repair and was quoted an hour to an hour and a half. They finished up within an hour. Got the phone back so far so good. Derek was excellent and had great customer hospitality.

They had the battery I needed for my 2015 Harley-Davidson Fatboy Lo and at a price that made sense. Harley wanted $300+ for the same battery. Now my bike sounds great again. 😊
