Had a great experience with Jeff D. and Caleb L. I had to take my Rogue in for a part that was under warranty. They had me drop it off and allowed me a loaner car so I didn’t have to worry about work the next day. It was fixed first thing in the morning and I picked it up right after work. Jeff and Ron took good care of me with an electric car issue I was having I work as a technician in an unrelated field, and I can be the worst type of customer. They explained what was happening every every step of the way, and kept me informed on what they were doing to resolve it effectively. They took the time to fully answer my questions, and I felt great driving away. Excellent team at Buckeye.

Middle of winter and I can’t get my windows in my car to work. One call and over the phone, Kevin Gagnon diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. Great service, Buckeye Nissan.

Time taken for my vehicle was doubled, and be aware of credit card fee. I paid by credit card and was charged $195 and not told about the fee. Payment was taken over the phone.

Kevin Gagnon and team completed several repairs and an oil change on my Pathfinder and it ran like it was brand new when I left. I appreciate Kevin providing the reasons my repairs were required and how quickly his team completed everything. Side note, Kevin and team took care of my son's Jeep a couple weeks prior, which needed an oil change and new tire. Kevin and team consistently takes care of my families vehicles like they were their own and I cannot thank them enough.
