This specific location of NTB (Dublin, OH - Tuttle) - has gone above and beyond my expectations of service, professionalism, pricing, and quality time and time again. Mark is the manager I most frequently speak with - he provides the utmost knowledge, advice, and care based upon his experience. He is someone that you can confidently trust when bringing your vehicle in for relative services they offer. I have been a returning customer for 5+ years now and will continue to return moving forward. Thank you for the help and consultation today.

Mike and alex were super helpful when I came in for a tire patch job. I thought the tire was to badly damaged and that a patch would not hold but with their expertise they were able to patch my tire and save me the money of buying a whole new set. They were also extremely fast and kind. I will be returning the next time I have a car issue.

Wow! Imagine my surprise coming out of the salon after getting my nails done and my car was dead. I looked up and there was NTB tire center. Walked across the parking lot and met Mark. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Quickly offered to help. Tested my battery and put in a new one while I went to lunch. All within an hour! Don’t hesitate to go to this store for help. In fact I’d go out of my way to go there due to the in incredible service I received when needed it most! 5 stars!

I had never been to this location before, and more than likely won’t return. I had a tire patch job take over 2.5 hours. I came in early for my appointment, turned over the keys and waited. It wasn’t until almost 1.5 hours later that my car was even taken into a bay to be worked on. After that it was another hour before i got my keys back. I originally expected to be out of the shop in less than a hour. I fully expected the person checking me out at the counter to tell me, “we’re so sorry about your wait, this one is on the house” or “because of your wait we’re giving you a discount on this repair.” Nope, just a small “sorry about the wait, this is what you owe.” Seriously? If you’re actually sorry, you would do something about it. The repair should have been free at that amount of time. I understand businesses run behind, but 2.5 hours to patch a tire and expect the customer to just take it? Nope.

I had a great experience at NTB - National Tire & Battery! The staff was friendly and didn’t try to push any extras on me. They helped me pick the right tires for my budget and got everything installed quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfy too. It’s nice to find a place that cares about good service and keeps things honest. I’ll definitely be back for any car needs!

Mark at the service counter was very knowledgeable and trustworthy related my car service concern from the dealership attempting to overcharge me. Mark put me at ease with a brake fluid check strip on my car with 30k miles and the service was not needed at this time after strip test check results and goes to show a second option was needed. Thanks, Mark for the great value of information and saving me from paying as I will be a future customer for all my vehicle needs.

I had a fantastic experience at NTB! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain my options without any pressure and helped me find the best tires for my car at a very reasonable price. The service was quick, professional, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and NTB definitely delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality tires/ car repairs and a team that truly cares!

Been here a few times. And I have to say, shop with confidence. I know it can feel uneasy at mechanic shops. We are at the mercy of their knowledge after all. It’s the small things that show me honesty in a company. For example, I had a flat; and they recommended a tire plug. They also offered me a new tire of course. But they mentioned the plug ( not to many people know that is even an option ). Plugs don’t work with every kind of flat and I had no idea what I had going on. They could have easily said “You need a whole new tire “ and I would have paid. But they didn’t, they mentioned it and had no problem going the plug route. Even though they lost money as a plug is a very low cost option. I left knowing I found my mechanics. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff. Thanks Mark ( one of the guys who helped me ).
