Take 5 Oil Change

They have a great team. Came when they were doing training and they were wonderful teachers. Faith is great! She’s very personable and thorough. Dreyden and Erik were efficient and pleasant, when working on both of my cars. The only location I go to, they always take care of me.

Concerning! Of course this is not on my truck, but the same Easley location on all my vehicles. The greeting and the staff are friendly. But twice I have had issues with the service. Fist one was leaving the plastic wrapping on the oil filter and this time I go to change my air filter and it was placed upside down. The photo below is from my visit 10/25/24. Receipt #86196

I had a pleasant experience when I came to take 5 fort a oil change. As I waited to be serviced I was offered cold water. The workers were attentive and efficient. I was serviced by Eric, he did a good job at informing me of my options and the condition of my car. I usually don’t tip but I was impressed by the level of service!

Have had great service In the past but yesterday went to change my oil and got home and realized my coolant cap was missing. They tried to upsell me a coolant service as well. Luckily I found the cap lodged under the hood so I didn’t have to buy a new replacement.

On July 9 my mother in law came to take 5 for a simple oil change and now I have the hood up in my yard to try and figure out how a mechanic, with a good conscience, could’ve broke off a dip stick in the receptacle and not try to fix it. On top of that, oil is all over the engine compartment, which is something that take 5 could’ve noticed.

The entire team was so friendly and kind. They all worked together so efficiently and quickly! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They kept me laughing and then found a discount for me at the end! Thank you, Kinley, for doing such a great job! I will definitely be returning ☺️

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the attention they give you and your vehicle. They constantly communicate with each other to be sure nothing is missed. At the end, the shop manager checks on you and ensures you're happy with the service you received and you were treated with top notch customer service. Last but not least, they give a 25% Military/Veteran discount. That alone saved me $32. Very fast, efficient service! I will be returning.

Friendly (thanks Josh and Faith), quick, and efficient service! I’ve gotten oil changes for my car at this location for over a year now and have had no issues. Highly recommend if you need an oil change and are pressed for time!!

The whole staff was extremely friendly and efficient! Jacob did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me as well as paid special attention to my little boy in the back seat and answered all of his questions about how having your oil changed works! It was a very pleasant experience. 10/10

It was what you would expect. High price, things needing replacement. $12.99 a quart for each quart of oil over 5 on a $75 oil change is hard to fathom. However, the 2 bottles of water offered at pull up was a very nice touch. Commend them on that and their professionalism. Great job! Just a note: took 16 minutes 45 seconds from hood latch pull to hood shut!
