Jiffy Lube

This jiffy lube is great. I've had my vehicle serviced here twice and they have not disappointed. Their prices are really reasonable and their quality is honest. I appreciate their work and I recommend this shop to anyone that needs a quick and trustworthy service. Wanted to shout out my boy Austin too, if you have him, you know you have a good service tech on your hands.

Started doing my Oil change here when it opened for business. The associates were helpful and the owner is very attentive to my car issues and made the corrective measures as soon as discovered. Will maintain to be their customer. Highly recommended and endorsed.

These folks did an awesome job on my vehicle. Unlike some of these vehicle lube places that offer an "oil change" the folks here did a comprehensive checklist and actually looked at and commented on and recorded in real time a full diagnostic of all my vehicle fluids, found and replaced bad lights, check my filters, added air to all of my tires. Christian was able to quickly figure out an electrical problem and got a fuse replaced that restored my rear tail light. Things were explained to me and I was kept fully informed at every step and yet I never felt I was being sold a bunch of things I didn't need, only the few things that I had to have like getting my coolant topped off and getting the battery terminals cleaned where there was corrosion.. This is a big new modern, spacious, quality multi-million dollar facility in Easley South Carolina with a comfortable waiting room, a competent and highly trained staff that is motivated. Jiffy Lube in Easley is everything I could ever want to keep my vehicle running and that is so important to me because I am handicapped and in a wheelchair and I'm always afraid that if I break down I am essentially trapped because I would have no way to get my wheelchair back home. I can drive with confidence knowing that people who actually care went over my vehicle and my engine with a fine tooth comb looking for problems and addressing them before they become emergencies. I hole hardly recommend this fine facility.

I visited Jiffy Lube (EASLEY SC) store and from the time I walked in, I was greeted with water, coffee and snacks. I worked with Brendan on getting new tires, oil change and an alignment. Very top notch service and a one stop shop for all your auto needs!! Definitely highly recommend checking out Jiffy Lube of Easley! Thanks guys for making this a seamless process! Big thank you to Brendan for going above and beyond his job role to make sure I was educated and he kept me involved with the processs the entire time. Also, theu get you in and out very quickly which is very important to me! Thanks again Jiffy Lube!!!

I highly recommend this place for your next oil change. They were polite, professional and did not waste time. Did a thorough check on headlights, blinkers and brake lights..my new favorite place!!

This local Jiffy Lube is the next around here! They are always ready to service your service needs. The shop very clean and everything in place, thus means great management and people who cares! Stopped in for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed. The team was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. I also found an online coupon that made the service more affordable than other shops in the area. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely be returning.

Its a new location that i went to on a whim. Pricing seemed fair being 15 min oil changing place. I got the synthetic blend, which is $75. I also found a coupon and got $26 off the total $117 bill. Had to pay $11 each quart over the 5 quart base price and I needed 3 extra quarts. Everyone was nice and liked that they called out the status of each step for quality assurance with each other.

Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Kai did a great job on my brakes and brake fluid exchange. I had to wait for parts to be delivered and the manager gave a discount for the time I had to wait beyond the expected time. Will definitely return! Thanks!

Really appreciated the employees at Jiffy lube. They were very informative , polite and very efficient with their time. I would send others there because nothing was left out about the service they performed. Kai and the others got me out of there in like no time at all and Kai was very respectful and even opened my car door before I got in to leave. A great group of staff!
