Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

First time using them and I won’t be back. To start I said I wanted my tires at 40psi. They argued with me and said my tires were too big to put 40psi in. Then the tech rolled their eyes when I said I know what I like my tires at. Then my oil filter was put on so tight I heard it making a cracking noise. Jeeps have a plastic oil filter housing and it can crack causing over a thousand dollars to repair. I have been through this before so when I heard it get cranked down on I cringed. I was also lied to about some additive being free since I took 6 quarts of oil. So after spending almost $100 on an oil change and that was with 50% off I had to go straight to the shop up the street and have them check my oil filter housing. Luckily it didn’t crack the housing but it did cause the cap to be seized. It took 3 people to get it loose and that was after they got a strip socket to remove it and then I had to replace it. The only picture I had was when they tried to use a rag and socket to remove it because it was slipping from being so tight.

In Easley SC, Austin looked after me well. It was an actual 10 minute oil change. Richard working below was fast and friendly too. Plus I had coupons. Excellent.

Do NOT go here!!! I just got an oil change less than 15 days ago in my new car and they didn’t properly do the oil change. I was driving to Florida alone with my son and got a warning to add oil! This is absolutely unacceptable!! And of course no one answers the phone! Waste of money which could have led to major damage to my car!

The employees were very nice. They showed me my air filter that it was still good. They checked my fluids. Filled up my window cleaner reservoir. Showed me my dip stick that it was at the safe level. They were competent. I will go back.

Had a good experience today, great customer service. Fairly priced. My wife would feel comfortable going here without me and I have no doubt that that they would take great care of her. Will come back again, thanks!

Overall a great service! The manager is very down to earth and cares about the customers first and foremost. They also often have discounts or promotions that keep their prices competitive with other vehicle service shops that don’t care about their customers nearly as much. I’ve gotten my oil changed twice with them now and I will definitely continue to use Strickland Brothers.

Austin, Cam and Eric were the best. They were very nice to my daughter who was with me and recommended necessary services that I didn’t realize were due. The only place I’ll get my oil changed at from here on!!!
