I was given over a month timeline for repairs from another shop, and here they had given me a three week estimate, but were done in five days! Fantastic communication, kept me in the loop but not overloading with messages, fantastic customer service, front desk staff was so nice, flawless repairs

Despite what some other reviewers have said, I have never had a negative experience at this location in the two times I've made use of their services. Both repairs were easy to schedule, communication was frequent and helpful on either account. They do excellent work here and my Scion always comes out looking brand new! Highly recommend using them.

I got into a car accident on May 14th. I brought my car in day or so later to this location to have it repaired; I was initially given an estimate of 3 weeks for this whole process. It's going on 5 weeks and I still don't have my car back!!! I keep getting told it'll be ready on this day...and then the next...and then the next... I'm a little frustrated. My car's completion date keeps getting pushed back. Plus I've been the one having to call to get updates - this location does a poor job at keeping their customers attuned as to what's going on. I get that certain parts can take time to get delivered but I would have appreciated better communication from Gerber. I'm also running out of time to use my rental car. I hope they're doing a good job on my car and that I will get it back in the next few days. Please work on your communication efforts with your customers. I will add more stars to this review if my car comes back looking great - which I hope it will be. Thank you. UPDATE 6/21/23: They are telling me now they're working on a "big repair" and that it won't be done until next week. Why did they not work on that earlier? Good grief....I am losing my patience!!!!! UPDATE 6/22/23: Benji has been "in contact" with me about my car, yes. But I've only gotten like...3 calls from you guys regarding the updates (for the entire 5 weeks). I've had to call otherwise. You guys really need to work on your communication skills. I really hope my car is done soon. I expect the car to look and work just as it did before with the amount of time that has passed. UPDATE 7/10/24: I finally picked up my car on July 1st after it spent 5-6 weeks at the shop. Stephanie, the new GM, personally apologized to me for the repair taking so long. She mentioned that there were some internal issues that delayed the repair deadline but she seemed earnest in her apology, something I appreciated. I was also able to pick up car over the weekend - thank you! I have had no problems driving my car around in and out of state, however... after cleaning my car one day, I did notice one of the front panels wasn't fitted back onto my car properly - it kind of juts out awkwardly. I'm bringing my car over to them tomorrow to see if they can fix it. Other than that, I have had no issues with my car. I will bump my review up to 4 stars if it can be fixed! UPDATE 7/11/24: They weren't able to fix it. :( Taking my car to another Gerber in NC to see if they can do something about it.

They have my car now for another repair. They're great! My car color is a challenge but it has been matched/blended perfectly so that's why I came back. Great staff they let you know how the process is going,too.

Just picked up my car from these guys. Was told that it would possibly not be done for a month but got the call and picked my car up in about 8 days completed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Nikki and Karen were great.
