Discount Tire

My second time coming to Discount Tire and they went above and beyond my expectations again. Can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely be back for my future tire needs!

I had a flat tire on my utility trailer while traveling for work. Did a quick Google search to find the nearest tire repair shop and it was Discount Tire. Before I could get my truck and trailer pulled into the parking lot good, there was a crew of guy who meet me in the parking lot, eagerly ready to meet my tire needs. (In the pouring rain) After telling them the issue, I was back on the road in a matter of minutes. And did I mention they did not charge me? Great group of guys! Highly recommended!

These guys were friendly and helpful. Prices are good, and repairs are done quickly. We are happy with their service and tires thus far.

Ordered my tires online, they arrived and I was called to see if I wanted to come in sooner. I could only get there at 5:30pm and they close at 6:00. They told me to come on in! I was there at 5:30pm and my 4 new tires were put on and I left there at 5:49pm! Great customer service and great staff!! Thank you Discount Tire of Easley, I will be back!

Was excited to have a Discount Tire open in Easley. Made my appointment and off I went. I got there right on time and was greeted before I got through the door, they already knew my information from the appointment and got right to work. All of the employees were awesome and offered great service. No lie I was driving away almost 10 minutes later. This is my new Discount Tire spot. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with a new tire !!! Was really worried but my friends Alex and Kyle took care of the whole process! In and out quickly and everything was a good deal! These guys have been with the company for over 12 years I've seen them at all the stores and they're always super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate you guys !!

First experience at this store (normally go to Greenville). Counters sales were nice, however, after getting a simple rotation, I left having to get to get my (upholstered) drivers seat and door carpet-cleaned from the black grease left on both. Not only that but my steering wheel and shift gear absolutely disgusting. What a bummer.

Even though they were crazy busy they still were able to fit me in with a reasonable wait to rebalance my wheels that were installed at a different location, Mud Terrains can be difficult for some but not these guys!

From the moment we walked in (wife and I) it was a terrible experience. Wife is in front says hello first (Alex) ignores her then says how can I help you sir? (Strike one) second she proceeds to ask about a work related discount which he basically brushes off (strike two) i then asked about wheels and tires svs he dismissively answers me (strike 3 and I should have left at this point) but I decided to ask how much to just mount and balance of i get them else where and he's very short and tells me it's more expensive and doesn't seem to want to give me a price. After I asked twice more finally get a price. Say thanks and leave. So Alex. Great work. You are the sole reason I'll drive to Greenville which is out of my way just to not have to deal with you or your store.
