I had the engine coolant changed on 2 vehicles Saturday 01/18/2025. The first vehicle I had done in the morning was a 2005 Dodge Dakota, and that went flawlessly. I got right in after a short wait for One vehicle to clear the pit, the coolant was changed and I got right out.The second vehicle which I had done in the afternoon, a 2011 Ford Escape was a different story. I had to wait for One Vehicle inside as well as Two vehicles outside in front of mine to clear the pit. When it was my vehicle’s turn to be serviced things took a turn for the worse. The technician seemed have a difficult time setting up the machine, then the old coolant was removed and the new coolant was installed, but the vehicle’s heater was not putting out any heat. The first technician along with another technician took the top radiator hose off at the radiator because technician number one said something was blocking it. The technicians worked a little while with the hose off the radiator. They finally said the pressure from the coolant removal system had caused the thermostat to come apart, and that is why the heater wasn’t putting out heat. He said he would put a note on the computer and the fleet service team would contact me about fixing the thermostat. I paid for my bill, and after a few minutes the technicians had the top radiator hose put back on the radiator. I pulled the Escape out of the service bay, took a little while to look for something that I had lost inside the vehicle and drove West on Morse Road. The heater worked fine, and worked fine today. I don’t know what happened. I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to be the people who were in the vehicles that were waiting in the line behind the service bay my vehicle was in.

My husband and I are expedite drivers and happened to be in the Columbus area on a load to Missouri. We were over our oil change miles and decided to stop at a take 5, as I remembered it being a cheaper cost oil change. I know they have coupons. So I use a take 5 coupon and got a $25 off and lined up to get my oil changed. The staff was super nice. The lady had told me that they had recommended the $103.99 oil change for our vehicle. I said let’s do it because with my $25 off coupon it would be around $75-$80. Also we puts thousands of miles in this vehicle. So when it’s time to pay my bill now comes up to $100.99. It’s literally the price she told me or close to the price when I asked how much the oil change was in the beginning before the coupon. There was then a $5 service fee and also a $10 fee for an extra Quart of oil. I was never informed I needed extra oil or asked if I was willing to pay the extra money for that. I also wasn’t informed about the service charge. And the tax on it was $7.04. I had came to this place thinking that this was my best option for a cheap good oil change and it ended up being the most expensive oil I’ve ever had. I definitely will not be returning to any take five anywhere in the country because it’s clearly not a cheap good place to go anymore. The only pleasant thing was the employees.

This was my 4th or 5th time visiting this location. They offer services but are honest about their recommendations. No pressure to upsell. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They also told me about a nail in my tire and I was able to get it patched before it got worse! The only minor criticism i have is that they are so good that there is often a line of cars. Sometimes waiting in line is longer than the appointment. I still definitely recommend the Morse Rd Take 5!

Definitely will be back, 1st time being at Take 5. Didn't get the name but young man, his first day, very mannerible and nice. Jonathan and Taylor went above and beyond. Five stars and monitory praise should be awarded to these 3 young men. There was also a young lady that was helpful. These are the type of people we need to have working. Customer experience was like no other.

The guys were amazing!! Joseph met me with a very friendly welcoming greeting when I pulled up. He also offered me water. They explained everything to make sure I knew the best oil for my truck. The other gentleman who actually did my oil change was awesome too!! I tipped both of them and I will continue to be a future customer.

Wait was a little long, but well worth it! Great customer service and attention to detail. Why would anyone go to Jiffy Lube? Those people will rip you off and treat you terribly while they’re at it. Take 5 is the BEST.

I won't go back. I've been here countless times and never had one problem. Today is totally different. I always tell them not to take the air filter box apart-they ignored me and took it apart anyway. The most important part is the oil change. Today, for the first time ever, they decided to suck the oil out the top instead of draining it out the bottom. They've never done this before. They claimed they always do it on top filter engines. They didn't do it last time. "This isn't last time this is this time". Because I questioned it, the do called shop manager Deanna decided to get in my face and scream at me that this is the policy and she was the shop manager and we didn't have to come back again. I'll take you up on that offer, I'll never darken your door again. I want my car serviced like I want it serviced, like you've always serviced it. Not a happy customer at all.

Exceeded expectations. Great team work with awesome smiles to go with a free bottle of water. My car liked them cause it drives like I just drove it off the dealership. 🫵👍
