They did a great job installing my tailgate subwoofer on my Bronco. James was my sales guy, and explained everything they were going to do very well, and in great detail. Rick was the guy that did the actual install, and it couldn't have been cleaner or done any better. I would highly recommend if you need anything audio, video, or anything done to your car, truck, or SUV that you give them a chance. You will definitely be satisfied with their customer service, and workmanship.

My sales man Jay and his tech Terry killed it on my wife’s 2024 Chevy traverse! Just having them tune it to the right specs my wife and I prefer and they’ll do it till you’re satisfied! Jay helped us put in the right sound we’d be satisfied with since this is a car we plan to have many years. They did two 10s all new door speakers then an amp to all speakers/ subs. We wanted the subs to be undetectable so we could still have full functionality of the vehicle. Jay suggested we use our small storage area in the back, BUT then Terry came in clutch with the idea to build a custom box to go into my spear tire compartment and now you could really never tell where that bass is hitting from! I would highly recommend these guys to be your men to attack your ideas and help guide. These guys did it so well we are going back to have a camera security system installed in it! They will be our go to for every vehicle for here on out!

Guy at desk asked me twice why I wanted to upgrade my stereo system. Apparently "I'm not happy with the sound" wasn't a good enough reason. Kinda acted like he didn't want my business, so he didn't get my business. Lots of great reviews on here but unfortunately my experience was not so great.

Tony was awesome! He helped me pick out an awesome set of wheels and tires for my Jeep Gladiator. The entire process was smooth and quick. The install team did a wonderful job as well! Highly recommend Columbus Car Audio for all your upgrade desires!

Great showroom product and service installation. Appointment was easy to schedule and the installation of my new radio/CD receiver was done in a few hours. Reasonably priced and love supporting local small business.

Absolutely awesome service and great product and sound. Jess picked the right products and sound, and Beno did a fantastic job installing new door speakers that were shot, and installed Car Play in my Lexus. If you are looking to upgrade your ride you need to go see the great folks at Columbus Car Audio!! And make sure to ask for Jess!

When you need to install an automotive system that you or your local dealership are unable/unwilling to perform, you find someone who CAN help you. I was (we are) fortunate to have this shop available as an option in the area. These guys have maintained a strong brand presence for the 10+ years I’ve lived in Columbus. So when I recently switched vehicles and knew the factory security system wasn’t gonna cut it, I gave them a call to see if they were the right fit and begin the scheduling process if so. A gentleman named Jay(son) picked up my call, and he spent the better part of an hour fielding every single query I’d had in piecing together a proper install. There really doesn’t seem to be much this guy doesn’t know or can’t do.. and his passion for the craft/industry shines throughout all interactions. He, his techs, and fellow associates exemplify the gold standard of professionalism. Looking forward to our next system install together. See you all again soon

Columbus Car Audio did a great job installing new Kenwood speakers in my Toyota Corolla. The sound improvement over the factory speakers is incredible. I also appreciate Brian's help in selecting the right speakers for the job. I highly recommend Columbus Car Audio!
