Call them and they said that they absolutely mixed paint to come they would. After driving a hour there and they don’t mix paint on Sundays. What a waste of 2 hours of my day and money.

I called NAPA about a battery that would not hold a charge. The car would run if jumped but could not start if the car was turned off. AAA jumped it but wanted >$200 to replace battery. I spoke with Annabelle at the Morse Rd location for NAPA. She was an absolute rock star in customer service! She answered my questions knowledgeable, and offered to help me if i could get the car to their store. She helped get a much better price on a battery and even changed the battery with her own tools in the parking lot! The car starts right up now! She also sometimes works in the Westerville location too!

I can't believe it yesterday at the granville rd branch they didn't want to sell me because there were 15 minutes left to close now I come to morse rd 6 people at the counters and no one helped me it seems to me that they are racially profiling because I look Latino our Latin community do not waste your time in NAPA stores
