.. I had purchased a Used 2015 Sorento 5 months ago , beautiful condition , high mileage .. Love this Car .. 3 wks ago i was on the freeway , and the engine began banging , got it off the Road , checked Oil levels .. GAS IN OIL .... I got her back to Columbus to the dealer i Purchased my extended Warranty from , and upon trying to get repairs , i was told to leave it , and go see Sam at Great Lakes Kia .. Come to find out , there was an issue with this Engine , and that KIA would see if my car fell into the parameters for replacement ..... Sam , took care of EVERYTHING ! He got me the info, said i was eligible for a new Engine .. his staff went over the vehicle top to bottom , and we found other repairs that were needed especially with a new Heart going in ... I agreed , and he took the reins , ordered up the Motor , Repairs, and all the necessary work .... kept in contact with me through the whole process , and what i had speculated to be a 2 month job in my mind , he completed the work in 2 weeks !! Sam , and the staff , need to be Commended ! Sam is knowledgable, has customers needs in mind .. very friendly and was easy to work with , , You should be proud he is on the team. I had my car towed in due to an engine light flashing and my service advisor, Sam, took excellent care of my car & I! He made sure I felt heard and took care of all my problems in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Great Lakes Kia, but Sam specifically!!

**“I had a very bad experience. Both the sales associate and the sales manager were dishonest and misled me by providing false information. A sales associate named Victor texted me, stating that I qualified for a 0% APR promotion. When I asked for the inventory details, I noticed it showed a 5.5% APR. Upon questioning the salesperson, he assured me that they would ‘work it out’ in-store. After I selected a car, they collected all my information and ran my credit score. They then confirmed that I qualified for 0% APR. However, when I reviewed the purchase sheet, I noticed that they had increased the car’s price by $10,000. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they gave vague and unconvincing responses. This dealership is unreliable and untrustworthy. I do not recommend it. Beware of these people.”**

We have been with the Kia family for over 4 years now and Great Lakes Kia on Morse road is always very helpful and you will find something perfect for you!!! Tom helped us and walked us thru the whole process and was so knowledgeable about other cars and he felt like he was a friend of ours! We ended up buying a car for our daughter and she was ecstatic!!! A great buy and a great moment for her too! I’d definitely recommend Great Lakes Kia!!
